The purpose of the movement is to focus world public’s attention on gifted and talented children and ensure the realization of their valuable potential to the benefit of humankind.

All-Russia non-state public movement “Talented kids – Russia’s future are“ is a non-government and non-profit organization which within 11 years annually holds wide scale activity of international significance – Moscow international forum “Talented kids“, which provides all-round development of young generation, helps to discover their talents and creativity.

Talented children of Russia are rewarded in the famous Pillar Hall in Unions House and in Church Congress Hall of Christ Redeemer Cathedra by representatives of Russian intellectuals – annually, within 11 years. Among the representatives are the state Duma’s deputies, members of Russian Council, Presidents of republics, governors, mayors of cities, ministers of education and culture, directors of important companies and mass media.

Not only Russian nationwide, but also children from foreign states, such as the Ukraine, the Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Latvia and others take part in the events of the forum.

Period of Forum: 7th -11th December 2008

is dedicated to the Year of Family, accomplished in the Russian Federation in accordance with the President's Decree, dated June 14, 2007 of № 761.

Purpose of the First International stage of Moscow International Forum “Gifted children“ is:

1. Development and the support of the gifted children of Russia and of foreign countries,
2. spread among the young people of family values,
3. assistance with the realizations of creative abilities and the comprehensive development of child personality,
4. training and the civil formation of young people.

Forum is the international event, which conquerors and prize-winners (from Russia) will be advanced by the Central council of all-Russian public movement “Talented kids – Russia’s future are“ in 2008 to the rewards, founded by the President's Decree dated April 6, 2006 of № 325 “About the measures of state support to talented youth“.

Information about the winners from the foreign countries will be sent to the Heads of States and to the heads of the cities of victorious nations.

Establishing and providing of forum are accomplished jointly:

Management and of the conducting of Forum is achieved by an organization committee.

Periods and the place

The International stage of forum will be held from December 7 to 11, 2008 in the city of Moscow

Take part the children (from Russia), who are winners of Gran-prix and 1st place, also children from the foreign states when they has sent completed home tasks according to the program of forum until October 1, 2008. To laureates of Gran-Prix the cost of round-trip airline ticket, stay in the hotel and the nourishment is compensated due to the organizers.
